Warren is a past fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an honorary trial lawyer's society, an honor received by less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Warren has extensive experience representing clients in land use matters focusing primarily in the complex area of eminent domain. Warren has represented the Georgia Department of Transportation in almost all its highway projects in Henry County since 1997 .
Additionally, Warren has represented the Department in improvement of projects in Butts, Clayton, DeKalb, Douglas, Fulton, Gwinnett, Jasper, Newton, Rockdale, Paulding, Spalding, and Upson Counties. Other governmental entities such as Butts, Clayton and Henry Counties, and the cities of Atlanta, Brookhaven, Decatur, Fayetteville and McDonough have retained Warren to represent them in their eminent domain projects.
Warren has represented the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, the Georgia Regional Transit Authority, and the Technical College System of Georgia.
Warren has also represented property owners against the local and federal governments. Warren has represented property owners against all the cities in Henry County; the City of Riverdale, the City of Sandy Springs, Henry, Clayton, DeKalb and Bibb counties; and the United States of America.

Anne has specialized in handling eminent domain matters for the Georgia Department of Transportation all over the State of Georgia. Anne has also served as outside eminent domain counsel for the City of Atlanta. Some of the projects that Anne has handled for the City include the Nancy Creek Sewer Tunnel Project, the Stockade Sewer Easement Project, the Vine/Rock Street Project, the West CSO Project and the Greenspace project.
Occasionally, Anne has represented property owners in eminent domain matters against various local governments. Jacqueline Kennedy-Dvorak is a native Californian, although she has lived in nine states across the country. Jacqueline attended college at Hollins University, in Roanoke, Virginia, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2003. In 2006, Jacqueline graduated with a Master of Arts from St. John’s College, the third oldest college in the United States (behind Harvard, est. 1636, and College of William and Mary, est. 1693), located in Annapolis, Maryland. After leaving her career as a teacher, Jacqueline pursued law school at Ave Maria School of Law, in Naples, Florida, where she graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2011. While in law school, Jacqueline interned with the Collier County Attorney’s Office, where she worked on local government matters including condemnations, employment litigation, real estate litigation, and helped to write county ordinances. Jacqueline became licensed in Florida in 2012, and in Georgia in 2013.
Jacqueline began her professional career in Dublin, Georgia. She practiced law in Macon, Georgia for several years, working in a variety of areas including insurance defense, eminent domain, criminal defense, probate litigation, and general civil litigation. Jacqueline received her appointment as a Special Assistant Attorney General in 2020, and represents the Department of Transportation in Spalding, Clayton, Marion, Meriwether, and Sumter Counties. Jacqueline has also represented clients in probate and estate litigation, as well as general civil and commercial litigation matters.
